The living room basks in light from two double doors, windows and a skylight.
Comfortable, custom-made sofa and arm chairs nestle around a massive fireplace hand-crafted from local stone. (Firewood is provided.)
An antique armoir houses satellite TV, DVD and stereo.

DINING ROOM / Salle à Manger

The dining room adjoins the living room with bistro table and chairs and hand-carved sideboard for serving.

KITCHEN / Cuisine

The gourmet kitchen features a 6 burner gas Viking range, custom made cabinets, stone countertops,
a large island with mini refrigerator, full-size dishwasher, and a full size double refrigerator.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Washer/dryer, and large laundry tub are in the arrière cuisine (back kitchen).

COVERED TERRACE / Terrace Couvert

This special second floor terrace, protected from wind and rain, is fully equipped for serving meals
with sink and refrigerator for serving meals looks out over the pool and ancient vineyards beyond.

POOL, COURTYARD AND TERRACE

Swimming pool is 13 meters by 4 meters and enjoys the gorgeous views of the Luberon Valley,
the ancient ochre cliffs and the village of Roussillon. The private courtyard with fountain,
and ancient olive tree features a stone terrace and table and chairs for 8-10.

BEDROOMS / Chambres

Mas de la Perdrix has four bedrooms and a study (atelier) fifth bedroom, each with ensuite (full) bath.
Four of the five have a private entrance from the courtyard and pool. Bathrooms are all entirely new in 2007.
